Nagoya Plastic Industry is a comprehensive manufacturer of plastic sheets, primarily focusing on sheet molding (vacuum molding, pressure molding, and thermal press molding). We can provide various materials and processing methods as needed, from prototypes to mass production. Our company can easily produce thin-walled products and large integrated molded items (1500X3200), thanks to our ownership of large molding machines, which allows for multiple part molding, reducing molding time and costs. Additionally, we are capable of molding thick materials up to 20mm in thickness, which is not possible with standard sheet molding.
