We conducted a mixing test of "pea protein + carrot powder + corn starch" and "pea protein + kale powder + corn starch." With "carrot powder," it seemed to mix evenly even in a short time, but with "kale powder," there was not much change observed after 1 minute and 3 minutes, resulting in unevenness. As a result, we received a suggestion from a customer to "try adding baseballs," so we added three regular baseballs. After opening it 10 minutes later, there still seemed to be some unevenness and lumps, but compared to before using the balls, there was a clear difference. We conducted a seasoning test for sliced pork neck meat and offal using the Tumbler Mini, TMCS-36S, and would like to share the results. This time, we placed 12 kg of meat in a 36L container to test how well the sauce would adhere. I would like to introduce the testing of the mixer. Since there is nothing in the container, the advantages are reduced contamination risk and no damage to the raw materials. However, once the material aggregates and adheres to the container walls, it is difficult to resolve. Currently, we are conducting tests at the request of our customers, but the lid part is not mixing well. Therefore, we are considering an approach to make the powder less likely to adhere by coating or processing the inner surface of the container. By performing a blasting treatment on the stainless steel surface and intentionally making it rough, we can prevent adhesion. A customer who prepares a large amount of fried chicken by hand every day requested a test, saying, "I want to make daily tasks easier." We placed about 15 kg of chicken and sauce into a 36L container of the "Tumbler Mini" and mixed it for 1 minute. Since it mixed without any issues, we added potato starch.
