We are excited to announce the launch of our newly developed double-chain curved conveyor, "Revius"! Are you satisfied with your current curved conveyor? The double-chain system features commercially available curved chains with different pitches arranged along the inner and outer curves, connected by a robust metal conveyor belt. This innovative curved conveyor eliminates concerns about snake-like movement or derailment! The chain running rails and gears are made of high polymer resin, which reduces chain wear and the characteristic metallic noise. Additionally, its simple structure does not require special tools for maintenance, and in the event of trouble, individual parts can be easily replaced. It is also characterized by the fact that short-term maintenance is generally not needed. We also offer a food hygiene specification (all stainless steel). It can be washed thoroughly! Feel free to consult us about transporting hot items! (such as castings and ingots)
