We combine high-frequency hardening and laser hardening technologies to meet all of our customers' needs.
Fujikou High Frequency Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 1958 in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture, starting with the heat treatment of large bearings. Since then, we have expanded our operations to cover a wide range of industrial machine parts. In December 2008, we began contract processing for laser heat treatment, and in January 2012, we quickly took on laser cladding. Our capabilities in partial heat treatment of metal parts range from large items to precision components. We have also obtained ISO 9001 certification and become a certified factory for various industries, continuously striving to improve our technology and skills through relentless effort and a spirit of reform. As a result, we have earned the trust of our customers across various industries with our high quality and technical expertise. Moving forward, we aim to accurately respond to the diverse and advanced needs of our customers, and with our two pillars of high-frequency heat treatment and laser heat treatment, we aspire to contribute, even in a small way, to the advancement of Japan's manufacturing industry, working together as one company.
