Therefore, when laid in areas with significant unevenness, such as under concrete floors, it has the characteristic of being less likely to crack compared to other materials when stepped on. The tendency of strength properties includes flexibility and resilience, with high bending strength and low compressive strength. Additionally, the amount of water absorption during immersion and the hygroscopicity of water vapor are minimized, which helps suppress moisture accumulation inside the insulation material, a major factor that can lead to a decrease in thermal insulation performance, thus enabling the long-term maintenance of insulation performance.
