In aluminum electrolytic capacitors and electric double-layer capacitors, sealing with rubber or resin does not achieve complete hermeticity, leading to issues such as electrolyte drying up and moisture intrusion from the outside, which result in reduced capacitance and a shorter lifespan. By using GTAS(R), customers can achieve complete hermetic sealing. This contributes to preventing capacitance reduction (miniaturization for the same capacitance, or increased capacitance for the same size) and extending lifespan.
