"Panel Plus" is a method for raising water channels using lightweight, high-strength fiber-reinforced mortar boards. It is suitable for areas troubled by sediment inflow into water channels and ditches due to heavy rain (guerrilla downpours) or overflow. Due to its lightweight nature, it can be transported and installed manually in places where heavy machinery cannot access. 【Construction Method】 ■ Before Construction: Site troubled by sediment inflow into the water channel ■ Excavation: Excavate the back of the water channel to create space for the raising brackets ■ Temporary Installation of Brackets: Temporarily install the raising brackets at approximately 60 cm intervals ■ Inserting Panels: Insert the main raising panels ■ Tightening Brackets: Tighten the bolts on the back of the brackets with an impact wrench ■ Completion: Backfill and finish *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
