The "NAPI Metal Flat Gasket" does not use gas in the atmosphere, so there is no concern about hydrogen embrittlement. It is mainly produced by pressing tough pitch copper plates (thicknesses of 1.0t, 1.5t, 2.0t) to punch out the outer and inner diameters, followed by trimming (barrel polishing for smaller diameters), and then heat annealed in a vacuum to provide products with a stable quality at a hardness of Hv40 to 45. The "NAPI-800/800E series" is a gasket for ultra-high temperature environments that uses zero-asbestos materials as an alternative to traditionally used asbestos. By raising the internal material's heat resistance temperature from 500-550°C (asbestos) to 1,000°C (zero-asbestos), we have reduced the occurrence of corrosive gases believed to cause pitting at high temperatures, thereby improving quality. The "NAPI-816 series" is a gasket that uses zero-asbestos board with a heat resistance of 1000°C for the internal material and heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant stainless steel (SUS316L) for the external material. Additionally, we can manufacture products that exceed the heat and corrosion resistance limits of conventional gaskets using Ni-based super alloys (NAPI-1200), titanium (NAPI-800TI), and others.
