• Attendance management system

The "Device Reservation System" is a system that manages the reservation of classrooms and devices. Both administrators and end users can check the reservation status from the calendar and register, edit, or cancel reservations. Administrators can make reservations on behalf of others. • Reservation Management System

Our company provides a "Training Record Management System" that manages the training courses, test results, and operation logs of customers who wish to take training sessions. At the main office, we perform "Site Registration," "User Registration," and "Training Course Registration" to update master information. The site managers at each location register participant information and training courses through "Participant Registration," while instructors update training content through "Training Status," "Evaluation Results," and "Operation Logs." Our company offers a "Equipment Reservation System" that manages the reservation of classrooms and equipment. The task scheduler on the school server retrieves reservation and cancellation information from the web and distributes the results via email. • Reservation Management System

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of a "Waste Management System" to manage the collection of waste liquids and waste generated from experiments, from collection to final disposal (manifest). We received an inquiry from a customer regarding a system to manage the collection and proper disposal of waste liquids and waste generated from experiments. After implementation, we were able to receive waste requests from the laboratory, print barcode labels to be affixed to the collection containers, check during container collection, and assist with the series of procedures related to the disposal of hazardous chemicals until the intermediate waste treatment contractor and final disposal were completed, enabling effective information management. We would like to introduce the student management system implemented for a Japanese language school for foreigners. As the school has grown in size and to address the issue of the system becoming too reliant on specific individuals, we carried out renovations and maintenance. To reduce the human costs associated with managing student attendance, we expanded the attendance management function and the communication function during classes. This is an introduction to a case study of the software "Mercury" for print servers, which converts AFP/IPDS print data into common formats such as PDF, PCL, and Postscript. In a steel manufacturing and sales company, this software is connected to a color multifunction printer and a monochrome printer, totaling five devices, to perform PDF conversion. The generated PDF files have a very high compatibility with the print results from IPDS printers. Previously, paper printing was essential for reference, but now it can be displayed on a PC screen, allowing for the printing of only the necessary pages on paper. "Mercury" is a print server software that has the capability to convert AFP/IPDS print data into PDF format. By converting to PDF, it becomes possible to save/refer to the data as electronic files, and you can print only the necessary parts using a nearby printer. The appearance of the printed forms will be exactly the same as those that were previously printed on dedicated printers, so you can use it without any discomfort. Installation is very simple! First, please prepare one Windows PC (preferably a server machine for reliability). By installing Mercury on the prepared PC and configuring it according to your usage conditions, you will be able to receive print data immediately. You can leave the work from the installation of Mercury to the point of being able to receive data to us. It will be completed in about 1 to 2 hours! After that, you only need to change the destination address specified from the mainframe side from the current IPDS printer to the address of the PC where Mercury is installed! We convert mainframe-specific print data (AFP/IPDS) into Postscript, which is the industry-standard print data. This significantly expands the options for printer models. It also enables printing on multifunction devices that are commonly found in any office. Therefore, a single printer or multifunction device can be used as a mainframe printer while also being able to print office documents, leading to substantial reductions in printer costs. Mercury has the capability to register and operate multiple printers on a single print server. By using the function to switch the output printer based on specified conditions, it becomes possible to print documents directly on the office printers installed in each department, instead of distributing printed materials to the necessary departments after printing. Of course, the printers installed in each department can also be used to print office documents.
