In an educational institution, this software is connected to 2 monochrome multifunction printers and 8 color multifunction printers, enabling distributed printing. Previously, printed materials were distributed to each necessary department after printing, but now it is possible to print directly on office printers installed in each department, reducing delivery costs and improving the real-time distribution to the user departments.
