We would like to introduce our custom-made product, "Crushed Tile." Unlike the method of crushing pre-made tiles, our process involves crushing the material during the fabric stage, followed by glazing and firing. This allows the glaze to cover the crushed surface, resulting in a safe product that is not sharp and features transparent colors. We would like to introduce our custom-made product, "Irregular Mosaic Art Tiles." The dry powder-like material is shaped by pressing, glazed with a liquid glaze to create an irregular surface, and then fired to produce the final product. Furthermore, the mosaic is assembled into a desired pattern and finished as sheets approximately 300mm in size for shipment. On-site, it can be installed according to the enclosed drawings in the specified order, completing the installation. We would like to introduce our custom-made product, the "150mm Square Relief Tile." Thicker clay extruded from a clay mixer is cut into 150mm squares using piano wire, then pressed in a mold, dried, glazed, and fired. We manufacture custom tiles using the wet press method. These products are finished by glazing and firing the pressed clay with a smoky glaze.
