As a specialty company in bending processing, we create soft curved shapes from straight lines. Focusing on hot and cold pressing, we also incorporate spinning machines that do not require molds, handling everything from original size development to marking, inspection, and finished products, all tailored to individual needs. We have a proven track record in bending thick plates (from 2mm to 200mm) and are also taking on various prototype challenges. Our company engages in proposal-based sales and has a track record of reducing welding seams by performing integrated molding through pressing and spinning processes. Additionally, we respond to customer needs who wish to switch from castings to sheet metal processing (steel plate), as transitioning from cast structures to steel plates allows for thinner plate thickness without issues such as shrinkage, enabling shorter delivery times.
