Manufacturing of special screws, screwdrivers, and small parts. We manufacture custom-made components specifically for applications in machine tools, construction hardware, bicycle-related items, industrial machinery, precision equipment, and medical devices. Our production of small parts is based on a technology that integrates cutting processes using small NC composite lathes with plastic processing through pressing. Shaping processes using lathes can achieve effective depths for hexagonal holes and pilot holes that are almost the same. This is revolutionary for the market of countersunk screws and low-head hexagonal bolts, which previously could only be produced through cold forging or expensive electrical discharge machining for small quantities of various products. Our company can respond to products requiring this technology with short lead times. We can freely control the dimensions of the opposite sides of the hexagonal holes, making them suitable for use in anti-tampering and confidentiality applications. For screws, we can accommodate orders for hexagonal holes in inch sizes as well as metric sizes. In terms of materials, we have processing achievements with heat-resistant materials such as Inconel, Hastelloy, and titanium for cap bolts and hollow sets. We are proposing hexagonal hole bolts made of magnesium material for fields that require non-magnetic, lightweight, and vibration-absorbing properties.
