A truck scale (platform scale) system that is useful not only for measurement certification and transaction certification but also for preventing overloading. It is a type suitable for weighing with small trucks, featuring a small capacity and platform dimensions. We offer various indicators specifically designed for truck scales, ideal for issuing tickets, as well as data processing terminals. Of course, we adopt a highly reliable multi-load cell type, which is also effective in agricultural settings such as orchards.

In industries such as cement, by installing it under the silo when filling loads onto trucks, it is possible to prevent overloading in advance through weight checks during the filling process. (Note: This is not a certified product that can be used for transaction proof.)

In explosion hazard areas, there are safety constraints on data acquisition through wired communication, so the reality is that measurement values are visually checked and recorded by hand. The KL-WT-IS is an intrinsically safe explosion-proof data transmission unit that acquires measurement data from an explosion-proof platform scale via wireless (infrared) communication and further transmits it to the customer's explosion-proof mobile device (Note) via wireless (Bluetooth). (Note: This refers to explosion-proof PC tablets and explosion-proof smartphones, which have rapidly become widespread in recent years and are prepared by the customer.) Since it transmits measurement data wirelessly, it is an option that balances safety in explosion hazard areas with the efficiency of data management tasks.
