Our company owns five laser processing machines with outputs ranging from 4 to 15 kW, two of which are particularly excellent for cutting thick plates. We can cut plate thicknesses up to 50 mm for stainless steel and up to 30 mm for iron. In addition to laser processing machines, we also have two water jet cutting machines. For cutting thick aluminum and copper plates, which are not suitable for laser cutting due to thermal effects, we recommend using water jet cutting. "Water jet cutting" is a method that can cut various materials, including stainless steel and aluminum, as well as copper, titanium, and acrylic, regardless of material type or plate thickness. It can beautifully cut thick stainless steel and aluminum materials, as well as elongated products that may warp due to heat effects, which cannot be cut with laser processing. We strongly recommend water jet cutting for aluminum requests of 5.0mm or more, which are particularly susceptible to heat effects.
