"ABL Glass" is a conductive glass primarily composed of vanadate. Based on this technology, we are conducting research on the development of new electrical and electronic component materials, as well as electrode materials and their application techniques. It is an amorphous oxide that does not oxidize, meaning it does not develop rust like metals. Utilizing this feature, we have developed a new electrode that compensates for the shortcomings of traditional metals under air atmospheres, where they are less effective. Applications in electrostatic precipitators and sensor components are anticipated, and since it can be screen printed, it allows for the formation of a wide variety of electrode structures. We would like to introduce our business of "Development of Various Nanoparticles." Based on a supercritical hydrothermal synthesis method that does not require organic solvents, we are engaged in the design development and prototyping of nanoparticles. Our prototype equipment operates continuously, allowing us to positively respond to customer requests for the mass production of nanoparticles. "MS Coating" is a new surface treatment technology that forms a coating of metal or conductive ceramics on the surface of the workpiece through repeated micro-pulse discharges. It uses electrodes made from powdered materials and processes the workpiece in discharge machining oil, which is commonly used in discharge machining. Locally, the material reaches high temperatures that can melt it, but overall, the processing proceeds at room temperature.
