Tsuda Electric Wire Co., Ltd. began manufacturing copper wire over 150 years ago, utilizing the hydropower of the Takano River flowing through northern Kyoto at the beginning of the Ansei era (1854). With a long tradition of cultivated technology, state-of-the-art equipment, and flexible thinking, we have been engaged in the production of electric wires and cables. As we enter the 21st century, we aim for further leaps and development, while also addressing themes that companies must seriously tackle in the future, such as the environment and energy conservation. We are committed to strengthening our research and development capabilities, developing new materials, new products, and new technologies, with a focus on creating reliable products without neglecting the global environment, and we will continue to challenge technology with fresh ideas.
