Fujiseimitsu, a comprehensive manufacturer of lock nuts, opened a new information site called 'U-TOWN' on January 20th (Thursday) to help you learn more about U-NUT and FINE U-NUT. This site was created as a platform to smoothly provide information and materials to our customers. Additionally, we have also revamped our corporate website. The "U-NUT," a representative product of Fujiseimitsu, is available in over 200 variations based on size and material, all manufactured at Fine Tech's second factory. With six types of manufacturing machines and approximately 30 units in operation, the number of U-nuts produced reaches an astonishing 200,000 to 250,000 per day! This amounts to 240 million units annually. 【How U-NUT is Made】 1. Forming the initial shape of the nut using a cold forging machine. 2. Processing with a tapping machine during the threading process. 3. Cleaning and drying to remove oil attached to the product. 4. The final step involves using our own press machine and riveting mold to rivet. No matter how harsh the usage environment, our product, which demands safety and reliability, continues to evolve not only in anti-loosening performance but also in durability and vibration resistance.
