Since our establishment, we have been primarily engaged in the production of stainless steel fittings used for the exterior and interior of buildings, including decorative hardware. Here, we introduce our manufacturing process. First, we perform argon welding (TIG welding), manual welding, and semi-automatic welding. After that, we apply various finishing processes such as HL finish, mirror finish, vibration finish, and acrylic baked coating. Here, we introduce our manufacturing process. Using a shearing machine, we cut steel plate materials according to specifications. With a planer machine, we create grooves on the back of the steel plates to achieve sharper bending angles. After that, we perform precise hole drilling and peripheral cutting using a turret punch press and CO2 laser cutting machine. With our skilled know-how and detailed process charts, we can promptly respond to delivery dates. From the construction drawings, we create internal working drawings (detailed drawings) necessary for steel plate processing, and arrange materials.
