The "TSUBASA 300 RS-SK" is a pipe bar rolling machine that allows for easy mold changes due to its table-mounted simple fixed mold design. It can easily handle long pipes up to 6 meters in length and large diameter workpieces up to 350A, as well as processing of the same diameter. Araki Giken Kogyo offers "burring processing." We also develop and sell burring processing machines for general piping applications. This processing involves directly applying plastic deformation to the branch from the main pipe. As a result, it can be constructed more simply than conventional methods. For a "tee joint," which typically requires a total of three welds for one branch, our processing allows for welding at just one location (1/3) for each branch. Additionally, the branch sections where residual materials used to accumulate are now designed with a smooth R shape due to our processing, allowing for smooth flow and avoiding stress concentration, which contributes to increased seismic strength. Furthermore, our company has been a pioneer in burring processing in Japan for 45 years.
