We constructed the factory floor that was newly established between 2019 and 2020. We applied [Seal Hard W, Petrotex, SSP100] for a company that manufactures industrial robots. This company has incorporated various flooring solutions up to the present. As a result of continuing with painted floors, they were troubled by high costs, peeling, lifting, and oil stains. Our company had products that could contribute to solving these issues. Seal Hard specializes in preventing peeling and lifting. Furthermore, to achieve a stronger floor, we divided the construction period into two phases with a W specification, boasting 1.4 times the wear resistance of the standard specification. Petrotex, made from oil absorption-reducing and permeable materials, can reduce damage from water and oil, serving as a countermeasure against oil splashes in factories. Additionally, to suppress cracks, we performed joint cutting followed by joint filling. SSP100 is one answer to preventing debris blockage and handling induced joints. It is a micro-elastic joint filler that follows concrete shrinkage. In factories with heavy traffic, corner chipping is inevitable, and this product helps prevent that. This has resulted in one of the highest quality concrete finishing floors in Japan. With such a high-quality floor, maintenance becomes extremely easy.

In the fall of 2019, we applied 【Seal Hard FGS5】 at a supermarket that opened in Fukushima City. Seal Hard has many specifications, and this project utilized the 【FGS5】 specification. We heard from the owner of the commercial facility that they were struggling with the peeling of tiles and sheets. Traditionally, surface hardeners have been mainly applied in logistics, warehouses, and factories. However, in recent years, I have felt a growing interest in the floors created by Seal Hard, which are easy to maintain, free from peeling, and have a beautiful glossy appearance. Last year, we completed the construction of a supermarket that serves as a good model in Fukushima Prefecture. The gloss of the floor is immediately noticeable in the photos. We received questions like, "Isn't it slippery?" but it is not slippery at all. We ask the owner to clean it with a mop. As long as dust and debris are removed with a mop, the dense concrete does not become slippery. I also shopped at this supermarket after the construction, and I did not experience any slipping. The floor utilizes the texture of concrete while reducing maintenance costs. The rational and aesthetically pleasing specification is 【Seal Hard FGS】. We invite you to experience it for yourself.

The 3D CAD software A's is designed for housing manufacturers, construction companies, and design offices. A's automatically updates related drawings when edited, allowing you to instantly check the 3D renderings of the completed design. Additionally, it features a presentation function that allows clients to select materials and enjoy the process of building a home together. By rendering the created drawings, you can see a situation close to what it would be like when the construction is completed. Our company's flooring for residential use, "ALPEAT," and scratch-resistant flooring "KATTENA" have been integrated into A's. ALPEAT is a three-layer flooring that uses solid sawn wood on the surface. You can view the unique expressions of each piece of natural wood applied throughout the floor. In 2019, we applied the 【Seal Hard FGS5】 at a beauty salon that opened in Nagoya. Seal Hard has many specifications, and this property was done in the 【FGS5】 specification. The first thing I felt upon entering was the space filled with sunlight; I intuitively realized that the glossy floor of 【Seal Hard FGS】 would shine beautifully here. The best condition to enhance the gloss is gentle sunlight. In this space surrounded by windows, the elegance of the floor is significantly elevated. The advantage of using 【Seal Hard FGS】 in a beauty salon is that it makes floor maintenance much easier. By polishing, the floor becomes smooth, reducing the chances of missing fallen hair. In the fall of 2020, we applied the Seal Hard FGS6 to a building in Harajuku, Tokyo, which was renovated. Seal Hard comes in many specifications, and this project used the FGS6 specification for the flooring. Every building entrance is filled with the owner's unique preferences. The entrance, which serves as the "face" of the building, may feature a sign, a lobby, or even sculptures. Seal Hard has the ability to showcase the owner's attention to detail. This time, it was a shared office for creators and an apparel shop. The concept was "New Modern," presenting a more advanced and cutting-edge theme. The client had high expectations for the flooring. From the planning stage, we created multiple samples to align the image, exploring the degree of gloss and the atmosphere of the sign reflecting on the floor. Once on-site, we reproduced the samples as closely as possible while maintaining the client's vision during the installation. The panels in the entrance reflected onto the floor, resulting in a modern finish. Utilizing the texture of concrete, Seal Hard FGS is easy to operate and manage. "KATTENA" is a composite flooring that uses a uniquely developed high-performance melamine sheet on the surface, making it resistant to scratches and stains. It can maintain a clean state for a long time with just simple wiping, and no waxing maintenance is required. It is easy to care for. This time, new designs for 2023 have been introduced, and all 16 new patterns feature an embossed and textured finish. The natural unevenness resembling wood grain improves the feel underfoot while walking and reduces slipping for pets.
