[Ground Management Building Floor] Concrete Base Finish ◎ Example ◎ Seal Hard

The floor of the school's ground management building was constructed with "Seal Hard." It is a floor finished while keeping maintenance easy and costs low in a building adjacent to the ground.

We applied Seal Hard standard specifications to the management building of the school grounds. Inside the management building, we finished the floors of all rooms, including changing rooms, instructor rooms, entrances, storage rooms, and laundry rooms, with concrete base and Seal Hard. When I actually looked at the drawings and went for a site survey, I felt that Seal Hard was a good match. What is necessary for managing the grounds is "maintenance management and ease of use." This point perfectly aligns with the advantages of Seal Hard. The building is where athletes return after playing sports. Naturally, dirt and dust will come in. However, with the concrete finished with Seal Hard, a quick mop cleaning can make it spotless. Additionally, a well-wrung mop provides the Seal Hard floor with just the right amount of moisture, allowing the concrete to grow stronger and develop a glossy finish. The management building is a place that is not often exposed to many people. However, it is an essential facility and also serves as a place of relaxation after club activities. We ensure that we carry out precise construction in such seemingly ordinary places, creating floors that are easy to use and appreciated. When considering the construction of the management building, please remember Seal Hard.

[Factory Floor of Molds] Surface Reinforcement Material ■ Seal Hard ■ Oil Absorption Suppression ■ E-CON

The floor of the mold factory has been finished with Seal Hard W specification and Petrotex (oil absorption suppressor). Please take a look at this special floor designed with oil mist countermeasures in mind.

We applied the 【Seal Hard W specification + Petrotex (oil absorption suppressor)】 at the press mold factory. Additionally, we used a special specification with E-CON (membrane curing agent). The customer was a highly specialized company that develops press molds nationwide. During the meeting, it became clear that the work within the factory was diverse. They mentioned the installation of a 250-ton processing machine, which would involve oil-based processing. With the presence of forklift traffic, I thought a simple specification would lead to a mismatch, so I proposed the following specifications: - 【Seal Hard W】 to enhance wear resistance and strengthen the floor - 【Petrotex_Oil Absorption Suppressor】 to reduce oil stains - 【E-CON】 to minimize plastic cracking that tends to occur during summer pouring I was shown the existing factory, where the green painted floor was peeling. They were struggling with maintenance issues there as well. The strength of Seal Hard is that it is free from peeling and lifting. They appreciated the quality of a finish that can last long. The customer was surprised to see how beautiful the floor looked after the application, saying, "Can concrete look this good?" Easy maintenance with regular water wiping is sufficient. Please consider this for finishing in factories and similar settings.

[Renovation Floor] Floor Coating Removal ■ Seal Hard ■ Surface Strengthening Material ■ 10-Year Warranty

The existing warehouse floor was treated using the Sealhard polishing method. The old green floor has been transformed into a glossy concrete floor! We hope you can see the results.

Have you ever seen a peeling green floor? With Seal Hard, you can completely change the atmosphere with its application capabilities. This time, we had a plan to turn a warehouse into an exhibition space and office over 20 years ago. The client expressed a desire to "display robots and change the atmosphere with a clean, easy-to-maintain floor." I remember feeling that Seal Hard was the perfect material for this and passionately conveyed that sentiment. A flat floor is essential for the robots to move, so we needed to remove the green coating to expose the base. Once we exposed the base, I believe that easy-to-maintain Seal Hard is the answer. I recall having a tough impression due to the floor's damage and the layers of coating. Polishing concrete without causing damage requires considerable experience. There are countless techniques involving machinery, blades, and material distribution, and particularly the polishing after removing the coating is bound to be challenging. Although there were many difficulties, I was uplifted by the client's joyful response of "I’m surprised, it looks beautiful." I believe there are many similar concerns across Japan. Please feel free to consult with us; I am confident we can be of help.

Factory floor surface reinforcement material ■ Seal Hard ■ Oil absorption suppression ■ E-CON

The factory floor is finished with two applications of Lion Seal Hard and Petrotex (oil absorption suppressor). It is a special specification for aesthetics, low maintenance, wear resistance, and oil countermeasures.

We applied 【Lion Hard + Seal Hard + Petrotex (oil absorption suppressor)】 at a factory in Fukui Prefecture. Additionally, we used a special specification with E-CON (pouring aid). The customer custom-makes processing equipment such as press processing. They encountered the Seal Hard floor during a visit to another factory and expressed interest. We then conducted a hearing on the factory's overview. Since they mentioned that oil mist was generated, we proposed "Petrotex" as a solution for floor contamination. Petrotex is a permeable material that can add an "oil absorption suppression" effect to the floor treated with Seal Hard. The appearance after application does not compromise the gloss of Seal Hard and helps reduce the absorption of water and oil. Moreover, since large machinery will be used, we opted for a two-layer specification of Lion Hard and Seal Hard for increased strength. We also suggested E-CON, which is effective for summer pouring. Using E-CON helps suppress rapid moisture evaporation during concrete pouring in the summer. I will never forget the words from the representative after the installation: "It's a great floor, and I'm happy it looks clean." This was a floor we could propose from the planning stage, and it was finished with high quality.

【Low Temperature Warehouse Floor】Permeable Concrete Surface Reinforcement ◎Case Study◎ Seal Hard

The floor of the low-temperature rice storage was constructed with [Seal Hard FGS]. A floor that has made every effort to maintain the quality of the rice. When it comes to warehouse floors, it's Seal Hard!

In 2019, we constructed a new floor for a warehouse. A company dedicated to preserving the quality of rice adopted the 【Seal Hard FGS】. The client's request was to keep the warehouse clean for the rice, specifically wanting a floor that would not show tire marks or dust. Previously, they had a green painted floor, which resulted in peeling and flaking, and left tire marks. The client mentioned that strict inspections are conducted by the government for rice storage, and any issues could damage their credibility. They expressed a desire to pay attention to the floor, in addition to temperature and humidity control. Initially, we considered standard specifications for the construction, but after discussing with the client, they requested a floor that was glossy and had a sense of cleanliness, leading us to use the FGS specifications. The standard specifications do not exhibit gloss immediately after handover, maintaining the appearance of the bare concrete. When there is gloss, the impression upon entering the building is entirely different. It transforms from the dark impression of bare concrete to a bright, clean appearance. In buildings like warehouses and factories, which often have a dark image, the impression of the floor becomes even more important. I still remember the client expressing their happiness after the construction, saying, "There is no dark atmosphere, and it has become beautiful." We highly recommend considering the FGS specifications for your warehouse or factory.

Entrance + Warehouse Floor: Penetrating Concrete Surface Strengthening ◎ Seal Hard

The floor, which serves as both an office and a warehouse, was constructed with "Seal Hard Premium." It is a two-story wooden building, and the work was done on the first floor.

In 2019, we applied 【Seal Hard Premium】 to a wooden building that serves as both an office and a warehouse. Upon entering, the concrete base is revealed, and we worked on the entrance and warehouse areas. The design features a double-height space that allows the office on the second floor to overlook the warehouse. I have previously attended sites where the wall finish was "wood" and the floor finish was "concrete," and this combination has a very good aesthetic compatibility, which I personally like. The warmth of the wood adds to the inorganic impression of the concrete. The client is a specialized trading company. They sought a durable floor for inventory management and a beautiful gloss to welcome customers. 【Seal Hard Premium】 is a special specification that has also been adopted in the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art and the Hirosaki Brick Warehouse Museum. The application was divided into two rounds, with the second round involving polishing using diamond blades. The finish retains as much of the concrete's cement layer as possible. This combines the beauty of the finish with the wear resistance and dust-proof effects of Seal Hard. In smaller projects, mechanical finishing cannot be used for the floor, often resulting in a plaster finish. However, in this case, we were able to use mechanical finishing, resulting in a beautiful floor.

On commercial facility floors! Seal Hard Premium ◎ Case Studies ◎ Polishing Specifications

The floor of the Super Center PLANT Kurobe store was constructed with "Seal Hard Premium." It features a combination of good appearance, high durability, and low maintenance.

The supercenter PLANT Kurobe store (Toyama Prefecture), which opened in October 2020, has been constructed using Seal Hard Premium. Since Seal Hard has been adopted for store floors by PLANT for over 20 years due to its lower construction and maintenance costs compared to P tiles, recent stores have shifted to long sheet vinyl and P tiles for reasons such as lack of color and cleanliness. The reason Seal Hard was adopted again for the Kurobe store is due to advancements in polished concrete technology, which allows for the creation of clean-looking floors. This project was undertaken by our construction department as the main contractor, with a focus on concrete quality from the very beginning. During the pouring process, we used "Moacrite: fluidizing without adding water" and "E-CON: pouring aid" to reduce trowel marks and cracks, aiming for a uniform appearance. At the finishing stage, we performed "SSP-100: joint filling" to prevent debris accumulation and corner chipping in the joints. The PLANT Kurobe store boasts one of the highest levels of concrete flooring in commercial facilities in Japan. Seal Hard contributes to both cost efficiency and maintenance while achieving a beautiful floor finish. We hope you will visit the PLANT Kurobe store.

Summer concrete pouring: evaporation suppression / hardening delay [E-CON] *Sample available

This is a placement aid that prevents moisture evaporation due to heat, sunlight, wind, and low humidity during the pouring of floor concrete, creating a high-quality concrete surface with minimal cracking.

During the summer, pouring fresh concrete is challenging because the concrete dries quickly, making it difficult to keep up with the finishing. Additionally, concrete poured in the summer tends to have weak strength and is prone to cracking due to rapid moisture evaporation, which is a concern. L&M E-CON helps with the finishing work of concrete by simply diluting and spraying it, providing moisture evaporation suppression and curing delay effects. The pink liquid makes it easy to see where it has been applied, reducing the likelihood of uneven finishing. ◆ Features and Benefits of L&M E-CON 1. Suppresses shrinkage cracks during curing 2. Reduces evaporation by up to 80% (80% against wind, 40% against sunlight) 3. Minimizes surface crust formation 4. Improves durability through evaporation suppression 5. Hirosaki Brick Warehouse Museum: Penetrating Concrete Surface Hardener Seal Hard

We constructed the Hirosaki Brick Warehouse Museum using Seal Hard Premium. I will provide an explanation including actual photos.

We have installed "Seal Hard Premium" on the exhibition room floor of the Hirosaki Brick Warehouse Museum. Among the various specifications of Seal Hard, we chose the highest level, "Premium." The designer, Tsuyoshi Tane, had two key design considerations. The first was the exquisite reflection of the artwork on the black concrete floor, creating a glossy effect. During the exhibition, the lighting is dimmed, and spotlights are directed at the artwork, allowing the pieces to subtly reflect on the floor. Through discussions and repeated testing with designer Tane, we found the solution, expressing that glossiness through our 26 years of experience in polishing techniques. The second consideration was to preserve the inherent texture of the concrete. The texture of the concrete is enhanced with an elegant gloss that minimizes the appearance of sand and stone, which is a specialty of "Premium." While any concrete can achieve gloss through polishing and the application of Seal Hard, this process typically reveals the texture of sand and stone. "Premium" allows for a beautiful gloss while retaining a layer of cement, despite the additional effort required. These requirements aligned perfectly with "Seal Hard Premium," leading to its adoption. We hope you can experience the texture of "Seal Hard Premium," which maintains the character of the concrete, supports the artwork, and is easy to manage and maintain.

[Delivery Center & Warehouse Floor] ◎ Surface Reinforcement ◎ Concrete ◎ Case Studies ◎ Seal Hard

The floor of the distribution center and warehouse was constructed using the "Seal Hard Standard Specification." This is the basic, standard specification of Seal Hard. We have compiled examples of this specification, which has been loved for 26 years.

In 2019, we constructed a new floor for a distribution center and warehouse. The client, a manufacturer of household appliances, adopted the "Seal Hard Standard Specification." The client's request was for a floor that offered "wear resistance, dustproofing, and the ability to withstand forklifts." They previously used painted floors in green at their own factory. In this logistics warehouse project, the goal was to improve efficiency. They shifted from manual stacking to a more automated system using forklifts and pallets. Seal Hard demonstrates effective solutions for this type of application. The Seal Hard Standard Specification provides dustproofing, wear resistance, prevention of tire marks, and reduced maintenance. It exhibits sufficient capabilities in these areas. When advancing mechanization and aiming for cost reduction, the specifications of the floor become a crucial factor. A floor with the strength to withstand forklifts and a flat surface that robots won't trip on is necessary. I believe the reason Seal Hard has been well-received is that it fits well with warehouses and logistics centers that have mechanized and automated due to changes in the times. There is no doubt that this trend will continue in the future. Please consider Seal Hard, the optimal solution for concrete floors.

[Floor of Agricultural Machinery Training Center] Seal Hard Premium ◎ Case Study ◎ Polishing

The Agricultural Machinery Training Center floor was constructed with "Seal Hard Premium." It is a floor that combines design, high durability, and low maintenance, serving as a warehouse as well as a display area.

In 2021, we completed the flooring of the exhibition room at the Toyama Prefectural Agricultural Machinery Training Center. The specification is "Seal Hard Premium," finished in the same way as the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art and the Hirosaki Brick Warehouse Museum. The designer's intention was for "a space that serves as both an exhibition room and a warehouse. A clean-looking floor that takes into account customer traffic, and strength to withstand agricultural machinery." This perfectly aligns with the characteristics of "Seal Hard Premium." "Seal Hard Premium" is a two-coat specification. The first coat uses the standard Seal Hard specification to enhance the strength of the substrate. In the second application, additional Seal Hard is applied to the floor, followed by polishing. The standard Seal Hard specification improves abrasion resistance and dust-proofing, while further enhancing strength and design in the finish. As you can see in the photos, the polished floor reflects light and sunlight. Additionally, since the ceiling and columns are finished in concrete, there is a sense of unity throughout the space. Imagining agricultural machinery fitting into the strong atmosphere of concrete makes the choice of "Seal Hard Premium" feel like the right decision. A floor that combines design, strength, and low maintenance—experience it for yourself.

【Large Logistics Center Floor】◎Surface Reinforcement◎Concrete◎Case Study◎Seal Hard

The floor of the logistics center is constructed with the "Seal Hard Standard Specification." This is the basic standard specification of Seal Hard. It is a floor finish that is supported in domestic logistics.

The flooring of the logistics center was constructed using the standard specification of "Seal Hard." The customer is a company that consistently handles the provision, inbound and outbound storage, and transportation of the logistics center, and they chose "Seal Hard." What stood out during our meetings was the customer's request for a "high-quality, strong floor." There are many surface hardening agents available domestically. For 27 years, we have consistently focused on "quality." We thoroughly penetrated and reinforced the concrete with "Seal Hard." While applying the material generously increases the labor involved due to residue removal, it also enhances the "strength of the floor = quality." We were particularly pleased that the customer prioritized quality and arrived at "Seal Hard," which motivated us in our work. In the logistics center, the size and the lack of other equipment make the floor stand out. We performed careful polishing, applied "Seal Hard" to the maximum penetration limit, ensured adequate curing time, and did not forget to remove any residues. By faithfully adhering to the basics and not skimping on effort, we achieved a finish that has gloss and a sense of cleanliness, even with the standard specification. We hope that when you seek quality flooring, "Seal Hard" will be the first thing that comes to mind.

【Factory Floor】Permeable Concrete Surface Strengthening ◎ Case Study ◎ Seal Hard

We applied 【Seal Hard W】 to the floors of a first section listed company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. This special finish includes joint filling and oil absorption suppression agents. It is a floor that protects the operation and functioning of the factory.

We constructed the factory floor that was newly established between 2019 and 2020. We applied [Seal Hard W, Petrotex, SSP100] for a company that manufactures industrial robots. This company has incorporated various flooring solutions up to the present. As a result of continuing with painted floors, they were troubled by high costs, peeling, lifting, and oil stains. Our company had products that could contribute to solving these issues. Seal Hard specializes in preventing peeling and lifting. Furthermore, to achieve a stronger floor, we divided the construction period into two phases with a W specification, boasting 1.4 times the wear resistance of the standard specification. Petrotex, made from oil absorption-reducing and permeable materials, can reduce damage from water and oil, serving as a countermeasure against oil splashes in factories. Additionally, to suppress cracks, we performed joint cutting followed by joint filling. SSP100 is one answer to preventing debris blockage and handling induced joints. It is a micro-elastic joint filler that follows concrete shrinkage. In factories with heavy traffic, corner chipping is inevitable, and this product helps prevent that. This has resulted in one of the highest quality concrete finishing floors in Japan. With such a high-quality floor, maintenance becomes extremely easy.

【Supermarket Floor】Permeable Concrete Surface Strengthening ◎ Case Study ◎ Seal Hard

The supermarket sales floor was constructed with [Seal Hard FGS]. It has a clean appearance due to its gloss, and maintenance is easy! It's the perfect floor for 365 days of operation.

In the fall of 2019, we applied 【Seal Hard FGS5】 at a supermarket that opened in Fukushima City. Seal Hard has many specifications, and this project utilized the 【FGS5】 specification. We heard from the owner of the commercial facility that they were struggling with the peeling of tiles and sheets. Traditionally, surface hardeners have been mainly applied in logistics, warehouses, and factories. However, in recent years, I have felt a growing interest in the floors created by Seal Hard, which are easy to maintain, free from peeling, and have a beautiful glossy appearance. Last year, we completed the construction of a supermarket that serves as a good model in Fukushima Prefecture. The gloss of the floor is immediately noticeable in the photos. We received questions like, "Isn't it slippery?" but it is not slippery at all. We ask the owner to clean it with a mop. As long as dust and debris are removed with a mop, the dense concrete does not become slippery. I also shopped at this supermarket after the construction, and I did not experience any slipping. The floor utilizes the texture of concrete while reducing maintenance costs. The rational and aesthetically pleasing specification is 【Seal Hard FGS】. We invite you to experience it for yourself.

【Hair Salon Floor】Penetrating Concrete Surface Hardener ◎ Case Studies ◎ Seal Hard

The salon floor was finished with [Seal Hard FGS]. It has a polished shine that pairs perfectly with the sunlight coming into the store. This property has won an architectural award.

In 2019, we applied the 【Seal Hard FGS5】 at a beauty salon that opened in Nagoya. Seal Hard has many specifications, and this property was done in the 【FGS5】 specification. The first thing I felt upon entering was the space filled with sunlight; I intuitively realized that the glossy floor of 【Seal Hard FGS】 would shine beautifully here. The best condition to enhance the gloss is gentle sunlight. In this space surrounded by windows, the elegance of the floor is significantly elevated. The advantage of using 【Seal Hard FGS】 in a beauty salon is that it makes floor maintenance much easier. By polishing, the floor becomes smooth, reducing the chances of missing fallen hair. Of course, since it is made of permeable materials, there is no worry about peeling or lifting. A concrete floor that harmonizes with the warmth of wood and sunlight. It is a space that matches perfectly because of the polishing. While inquiries from art museums have been increasing, I believe it is also well-suited for beauty salons, boutiques, and car showrooms. I hope you can experience 【Seal Hard FGS】 at least once. 【FGS stands for Floor Grinding System, and the number 5 represents the number of polishing times.】

[Entrance Floor] Permeable Concrete Surface Reinforcement ◎ Case Study ◎ Seal Hard

The entrance floor of the building was constructed with "Seal Hard FGS." Seal Hard enhances the entrance, the "face" of the building, with a striking floor finish.

In the fall of 2020, we applied the Seal Hard FGS6 to a building in Harajuku, Tokyo, which was renovated. Seal Hard comes in many specifications, and this project used the FGS6 specification for the flooring. Every building entrance is filled with the owner's unique preferences. The entrance, which serves as the "face" of the building, may feature a sign, a lobby, or even sculptures. Seal Hard has the ability to showcase the owner's attention to detail. This time, it was a shared office for creators and an apparel shop. The concept was "New Modern," presenting a more advanced and cutting-edge theme. The client had high expectations for the flooring. From the planning stage, we created multiple samples to align the image, exploring the degree of gloss and the atmosphere of the sign reflecting on the floor. Once on-site, we reproduced the samples as closely as possible while maintaining the client's vision during the installation. The panels in the entrance reflected onto the floor, resulting in a modern finish. Utilizing the texture of concrete, Seal Hard FGS is easy to operate and manage. We hope you can experience its quality.
