Nanashimaya Engineering was established in 1982. Starting with the design and development of a squid cutting machine (for salted squid) that employs a unique mechanism, we manufacture food processing equipment that always meets customer needs under the policy of incorporating customer feedback and conducting joint research and development. To make our high-performance food processing equipment even more aligned with today's customer needs, we have enhanced our development capabilities and manufacturing technology, and established a user-driven manufacturing and sales system. We believe that widely providing the know-how of the cutting processing technology we have cultivated in a reliable manner is the best way for us to contribute to society and our mission.
