Typically, when water leakage occurs in mechanical joints, the common method is to shut off the water supply and replace the joint. However, our developed RJ allows for leak repair without the need for a water shutdown, which was previously essential. The installation is simple and does not require any special techniques. After the repair, it absorbs expansion, bending, and twisting, demonstrating high durability.

This not only provides a temporary fix but also offers a permanent solution, and it is being used not only for leak repairs but also for renewal work associated with high-pressure water projects.

In shield tunnels, various stresses and displacements occur at boundaries of strata, soft ground, and connections with structures. Flexible segments in shield tunneling release these complex stresses such as expansion, bending, twisting, and shear, thereby constructing a safe and secure lifeline.

This product does not require welding, allowing for quick installation. It absorbs expansion, eccentricity, and twisting, and provides permanent water-stopping performance.

After cleaning the product installation area, attach the rubber ring to the inner surface and install the SUS band. However, if the inner surface of the pipe is significantly corroded, it will be treated with scraping and painting. Repairs will be made from the inside in areas where water supply can be stopped. The product is thin, so it has little effect on fluid flow. Products that can accommodate expansion, contraction, and eccentricity can also be manufactured.

This is a repair joint that completely covers the existing joint. It uses wedge-shaped rubber in the airtight section to absorb expansion, bending, and twisting. Additionally, it can accommodate flattened pipes, making it ideal for the repair and reinforcement of large-diameter pipes.

Install a split-type band on the existing closure joint and connect it with a centering bolt. By using it primarily on existing closure joints for the upper part of the water pipe bridge, the amount of joint elongation absorption is doubled, serving as a seismic isolation joint.

The Victop VT type is a maintenance-free expansion joint developed for water pipe bridges and bridge-mounted pipes. It features a built-in disengagement prevention stopper to prevent disconnection when the allowable expansion limit is exceeded, and it is a compact expansion joint considering the outer diameter of the main pipe.

The Frangia Adapter FA-CB type is used as a connecting pipe for easy removal and installation of equipment, such as valves, pumps, valve bodies, and flow meters with the main pipe. It also has the function of absorbing pipe expansion and contraction and seismic isolation after installation.

The expansion joint for flexible pipes had economic issues due to the structure of its airtight mechanism when used for large diameters (φ2400 or more). Therefore, the Multi-Def was developed for large diameters. It successfully changes the structure of the automatic rubber ring, allowing it to economically and reliably absorb the expansion and eccentricity of large-diameter piping. It is used in water supply pipes for drinking water and in cooling water pipes for power plants.

This is a fixed-type Victaulic joint designed for use with pipes that have roll-grooved machining. It is compatible with a pressure of 2.0 MPa. Unlike the movable joints G0 and G1 types, which have the same grooved machining, the fixed-type VLG does not have expansion or bending mobility.
