Clarifying the vision and realizing it through coaching and management "The president is the driver, and I am the navigator" ● After working for 11 years and 8 months as a researcher at a major think tank (Mitsubishi Research Institute), I became independent and have been operating as a "one-person think tank" for 11 years and 4 months, totaling 23 years (as of April 2014). ● Long-term clients include those I have worked with for 21 years, 14 years (continuing from my previous job), and 7 years, with consecutive contracts for single-year projects. ● In 2013, marking 10 years since my independence, I shifted from environmental consulting to management consulting, initiating my second venture. ● I offer a partner-type consulting course tailored to the different issues and challenges faced by business owners depending on the size of the company. ● I want to support companies engaged in environmental business and environmental management from a unique position as "a management consultant who is an expert in the environment" and "an auditor who understands the perspective and psychology of business owners." In addition, I hold multiple positions in non-profit organizations: - Director of the NPO Japan Galapagos Association - Executive Director of the NPO Tokyo Jonan Environmental Counselor Association - Director of the Green Purchasing Network (GPN)
