We have made unique improvements to the plunger, nozzle, and change valve, which can be considered the heart of the water jet. We use corrosion-resistant and highly durable materials for the piston part, which has a high wear rate. Furthermore, we have significantly enhanced wear resistance by incorporating advanced ceramics into the plunger section. Additionally, the high precision of our products, achieved through our excellent processing technology, minimizes errors in detail, eliminating concerns about component wear due to distortion. The nozzle requires particularly delicate processing techniques. However, through our unique methods and technology, we have developed nozzles that excel in strength and operability. We manufacture stainless steel nozzles and ceramic nozzles for water, as well as main and sub nozzles for air, and heads for rapier weaving machines.
