However, the printing industry is facing a situation of oversupply, with production capacity for printing machines becoming excessive amid a decline in demand and stagnation in the overall market. For us, improving the core technology of "printing" is always a priority, but this year, we want to return to our roots and become the top choice for customers in the region who wish to select us from among many printing companies. We aim to understand what our customers desire and how we can meet their needs in commercial printing, industrial printing, sales promotion, web, cross-media, and more. Beyond the quality of printed materials and websites, we will also focus on cost, delivery time, pricing, and service. We want to return to our fundamental principles, prioritizing our customers, and consider how each department and every employee can earn the trust of our clients.
