Our company, which has been manufacturing parts for precision measuring instruments, has always been required to meet strict accuracy inspections. Since most of our products are prototypes, we have been able to use various materials tailored to their applications, allowing us to process them without distortion or deformation. We pay meticulous attention from the processing stage and guarantee quality even in post-processing 3D measurements. Additionally, we take extra care in finishing the products we create, ensuring not only dimensional accuracy and chamfering but also a beautiful appearance. Our company has actively challenged and processed materials that we had never worked with before, ranging from general materials to those considered difficult to machine. The types of materials include SUS304, SUS316, SUS420J2, SUS430, A2017, A5052, A7075, ALP79, NAk, SKS, SCM, LEX, and many others. We also perform cutting processing of plastic resins, leveraging our experience in processing both metals and resins to propose the most suitable materials for our customers' parts.

We have equipped ourselves with the latest facilities necessary for precision machining, including 5-axis machining centers, wire processing, and grinding machines, allowing for precision machining from 5 microns. Additionally, we can achieve high precision machining of complex shapes through hole drilling with wire cut processing and keyway machining and 3D processing using 5-axis machining centers. With the know-how gained from years of experience in measuring instrument components, we can handle all types of parts machining.

Our company provides products through a consistent production process that includes everything from ordering materials after receiving drawings and CAD data, to 3D shape processing using 5-axis machining and wire cutting, hardening, grinding, and surface treatment including shot blasting, all outsourced as needed. We can deliver finished products without causing any inconvenience to our customers. We also accept orders for single items and are committed to flexible responses, whether for mass production or small lots of various types.
