Since our establishment, we have been a member company of the Foreign Technical Intern Training Program management organization (Kanto Information Industry Cooperative), primarily introducing Vietnamese technical interns, specified skilled workers, and engineers (highly skilled personnel) to manufacturing companies in Nagano Prefecture. Five years ago, we hired four IT engineers. Since then, we have increased our staff, and currently, six engineers are actively working. To create an environment where they can continue to work even after returning to their home country, we established a local subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in April 2023. This local subsidiary will serve as a development base for systems utilizing the latest technologies such as AI and IoT. At a certain company, when receiving materials from vendors, they manually input various styles of product labels and delivery notes (including imported goods) for each company. They also attach their own labels for internal process management, but there have been instances of code input errors, particularly with the mislabeling of substitutes and materials. Therefore, we introduced our AI × RPA product. As a result, by pre-training on different labels for each vendor and material type, it has become possible to automatically recognize them even if the format changes. At the K organization, we manually input and check various forms of pay slips and wage ledgers for thousands of individuals at each dispatch location to verify the contract conditions (such as wages), compliance with labor standards, and minimum wage laws. We then implemented our AI × RPA products. At the major home appliance company S, inventory management for tens of thousands of home appliance products and detailed optional items (rental items) was conducted using barcodes, which took a considerable amount of time during inventory withdrawals. Therefore, we introduced our RFID × U-Mate products. As a result, the process of identifying inventory items and registering withdrawal records during withdrawals was reduced from about 30 minutes to just a few minutes, allowing for quicker operations. At Takeuchi Manufacturing, which engages in machining, assembly, and prototype design and production, there was a challenge of not being able to grasp the progress of machining, leading to delays and troubles that could only be noticed by physically checking the site.
