This technology utilizes frictional heat to join metals, including copper to copper tungsten, copper to aluminum, and copper to brass. The compatible materials are copper alloys and aluminum alloys, used in circuit breaker components and power distribution parts. We use two types of materials: ADC12 and HT-1, which has excellent heat dissipation properties. We perform casting for thin-walled complex shape products such as heat sinks for headlights, using vacuum casting methods with minimal casting defects, and insert molding that incorporates different materials during forming.
