The "DFP Method" is a next-generation floor-first construction method that employs a newly developed "removable support base" for reinforcement adjusters. It allows for the installation of reinforcement adjusters under the floor without removing the pace panels, as well as the removal of panels from below. By using the dry soundproofing batten system, it becomes possible to construct the pre-floor system away from the wall. By separating it from the wall, it prevents solid-borne sound from transmitting to the lower floor. Additionally, by making the length 1200mm, it is very efficient to install just the batten system in advance, and it is easy to handle, allowing for a safe installation. We offer two types of batten systems (the DH type, which excels in soundproofing, and the DS type, which excels in load-bearing performance), allowing for versatile use.

A hot water floor heating system that circulates hot water generated by gas through hot water mats installed under the flooring. The Pre-Floor series creates an air layer between the concrete slab and the flooring, preventing cold air from the concrete from being transmitted directly. By placing floor heating panels on top of this Pre-Floor series, an efficient floor heating system can be achieved.

This is a double floor system for educational facilities (such as aerobics and playgrounds for kindergartens). By using type N support legs and reinforcing the floor's hardness with discarded plywood, it ensures sufficient strength performance for intense activities like aerobics.

As a result, we have achieved an ideal double floor system that balances sound insulation performance and load-bearing capacity. We have also taken the earth's environment into consideration by using particle boards made from recycled materials for the base panels and vibration-damping adjusters. Additionally, to address the issue of sick house syndrome caused by indoor air pollution from chemical substances such as VOCs and formaldehyde, we provide particle boards with the lowest formaldehyde emission rating of F☆☆☆☆, ensuring the health of our residents.
