Heat exchange paint is primarily a "functional paint," so its durability against strong external pressure and impact, like that of materials used for road markings, is not particularly high. Therefore, when considering its use, we recommend applying it in areas such as parking lots and sidewalks. Assuming a shopping mall parking lot with very high vehicle flow at low speeds for 7 years, it can be predicted that in general residential parking lots, apartment complex parking lots, and school zone roads, it could last around 10 years unless there are significant issues. For more details, please refer to the PDF download below. *For more information, please check the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationTo prevent heat intrusion from windows and enhance insulation effectiveness, options such as double glazing and high-performance thermal glass can be considered; however, these solutions involve constructive modifications. Thermo mesh and thermo screens can suppress solar radiation and radiant heat, making it possible to lower indoor temperatures by about 3°C to 5°C without any structural alterations. Moreover, if the indoor temperature decreases by 3°C compared to conventional levels, it is equivalent to lowering the air conditioner's set temperature by 3°C, theoretically allowing for a 30% to 40% reduction in cooling power consumption. 【Comparison Before and After Painting (Annual)】 ■ Electricity Consumption ・Before Painting: 500,000 kWh / After Painting: 426,700 kWh / Difference: -73,300 kWh ■ Crude Oil Equivalent ・Before Painting: 128,500 L / After Painting: 109,662 L / Difference: -18,838 L *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationOur company proposes year-round energy saving using heat exchange functional materials. We promote "heat exchange functional materials (heat exchange materials)" that literally exchange thermal energy for other forms of energy, resulting in a reduction close to thermal loss. This is a functional material that distinguishes itself from the "reflection-dependent functional materials (reflective materials)" based on the principles of solar heat and solar light reflection, which have recently come under scrutiny. We have been able to respond to various situations, such as rental properties where modifications cannot be made but improvements are desired, or factories that are hot but cannot use air conditioning. 【Features】 ■ Exchanges thermal energy for other forms of energy ■ Recognized and valued worldwide ■ United Nations certified "carbon offset" ■ One of the environmental labels, "Green Label" *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the cool tile roof "Thermo Roof," which is eligible for carbon offset, installed at a newly established nursery school. Due to its narrow temperature variation, it has the characteristic of gradual deterioration of the coating. Additionally, because it is hydrophilic, minor dirt can be washed away by rain. In the case of general heat-reflective paints, they work by reflecting sunlight, so if the surface is dirty or the coating has deteriorated, the heat insulation effect is naturally reduced. On the other hand, heat exchange paints have the property of processing heat through the coating itself without relying on reflection, so they can still be effective even if they are somewhat dirty or on days without sunlight. 【Case Overview】 ■ Installation Location: Newly established nursery school ■ Product Used: Thermo Roof A Marigold [Custom Color] ■ Installation Effect: Almost no chalking occurs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the installation of the cool tile roof "Thermo Roof," which is eligible for carbon offset, in a newly built private residence. By using materials that do not easily increase in surface temperature for the roofing material, we mitigate the heat transmitted from the roof to the indoors. Typical heat-reflective coatings work by reflecting sunlight, thereby suppressing the heat that enters indoors, which is why they often use white or light colors that reflect light. When measured at the same time with an outside temperature of 26°C, the typical tiles reached 61.4°C, while the Thermo Roof reached 50.4°C, resulting in a temperature difference of about 11°C. [Case Overview] ■ Installation Location: Newly built private residence ■ Product Used: Thermo Roof F, Ibushi Gray ■ Installation Effect: A temperature difference of about 11°C was observed with the tiles. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case study of the installation of our carbon offset-targeted cool metal roofing material, "Eco Cover Roof / Eco Cover Method," on a factory roof. Removing old slate roofs that are likely to contain asbestos is difficult and requires considerable costs. However, in such cases, addressing the issue with our method can reduce costs, construction time, and various risks. Additionally, the cover method minimizes the processes that would require stopping factory operations, which often occur during re-roofing or painting projects. Excluding wiring work after the roof installation, this factory completed the construction in two days. Since the factory's operations did not need to be halted during the work, the client was very pleased. 【Case Overview】 ■ Installation Location: Factory Roof ■ Product Used: Oonami Gray ■ Construction Effect: A new roof was installed while leaving the old roofing material in place. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where the carbon offset rust-proof primer "CCP" was applied to the hopper framework of a salt production factory. This product has a very strong coating and also possesses a certain degree of flexibility, allowing it to accommodate some deformation of the metal, which makes it highly resistant to cracking. It has high permeability, and after surface preparation such as rust removal and desalinization, it can penetrate through the paint applied over fixed rust, stopping internal corrosion while blocking external air, salt, moisture, and other elements. As a result of rigorous testing according to JIS standards, it has been recognized that painting over rust provides corrosion protection equivalent to that of applying a typical rust-proof paint after a type 1 surface preparation. 【Case Overview】 ■ Location: Salt production factory, hopper framework ■ Products used: CCP117, CCP120 ■ Effect of application: Enabled painting that utilizes rust *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where "heat exchange paint," which is eligible for carbon offset, was applied to a chemical factory product storage tank. Previously, insulation material made of styrofoam was wrapped around the tank to suppress temperature rise inside the tank and deterioration caused by ultraviolet rays. The factory is located in a high-temperature area, and the ceiling height is low, resulting in significant heat transfer from the roof. It is preferable for the inside of the tank to be unaffected by external temperatures, so during repairs, the application of heat-insulating paint was also considered. However, upon learning that the effectiveness of heat-insulating paint has been questioned recently, heat exchange paint was adopted. The base coat "CCP117" has high permeability and is suitable for FRP repairs due to its epoxy-based primer. [Case Overview] ■ Location: Chemical factory product storage tank ■ Products used: CCP117, D-42 Gray ■ Construction effect: A temperature difference of 4-5°C compared to adjacent unpainted tanks *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where "heat exchange paint," which is subject to carbon offset, was applied to a transportation company's prefabricated office. In buildings where the roof and indoor space are very close due to structural reasons, the temperature of the roof surface can significantly affect the indoor environment. Particularly when using metal roofing materials, if adequate insulation performance is not provided, the environment can be far from comfortable in both summer and winter. In this office, the air conditioning operates at a minimum of 19°C during the summer with strong winds. For metal roofs, the surface temperature can rise above 80°C in summer, but by applying heat exchange paint, it can be reduced to around 65°C. After the application, the indoor space became sufficiently comfortable at a setting of 24°C, and the effects have been positively received. [Case Summary] ■ Location: Transportation company prefabricated office ■ Product used: CCP117・D-54 Gray ■ Effect of application: The indoor space became sufficiently comfortable at a setting of 24°C *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

In response to the request to "prevent the internal wall material of the tank from deteriorating by suppressing the temperature rise of the contents," we implemented the application of heat exchange paint. Although there are many types of heat-insulating paints, heat exchange paint has the property of not causing reflection of sunlight, which has become a problem in recent years. When measuring a tank coated with heat exchange paint and a tank coated with regular paint from the same angle and for the same duration, a difference of nearly 17°C was observed. [Case Overview] ■ Application Location: Chemical Plant Product Storage Tank ■ Product Used: CCP117・D-42 Gray ■ Application Effect: Almost no reflection, temperature suppression *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where carbon offset-targeted "heat exchange paint" was applied to the side gutters and stainless steel grates at an elementary school pool. To ensure durability, stainless steel grates were used, but during the summer, they became so hot that they could not be touched with bare hands, and there were reports of staff accidentally burning their feet. Therefore, great care was taken when children used the pool. Since the metal parts were very slippery, sand was mixed in to serve as a non-slip measure. After applying the heat exchange paint, it has been reported that walking barefoot is now completely safe and comfortable. Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a case where "heat exchange paint," which is subject to carbon offset, was applied to the pedestrian walkway of a tourist parking lot. The principle of reflective pavement roads, which suppress the rise in surface temperature by reflecting sunlight and other rays, has raised concerns about the significant increase in the reflectivity of infrared and ultraviolet rays, potentially having adverse effects on the environment and human health. In theory, heat exchange paint does not cause such problems. By using heat exchange paint on pedestrian walkways, such as walking courses and school zones, it can effectively prevent the intense glare from asphalt, making it very effective for heat mitigation. 【Case Overview】 ■ Installation Location: Tourist Parking Lot Pedestrian Walkway ■ Product Used: D-47 Ocher ■ Installation Effect: Able to prevent the intense glare from asphalt *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationHere is a case study of the application of "heat exchange paint," which is eligible for carbon offset, on the exterior walls of a private residence. The white frames around the windows were painted with commercially available paint, which showed signs of deterioration and peeling off after about three years of application. According to the homeowner, "The air conditioning works very well, and in the four years since moving in, there has never been any condensation." It is said that one of the major causes of building damage is condensation, so being able to prevent its occurrence is a significant advantage. Of course, there are also effects from insulation materials and double-glazed windows, but even considering those, using heat exchange paint for temperature control is very effective. [Case Overview] ■ Location: Private residence, exterior wall ■ Product used: D-47 Blue series [custom color] ■ Application effect: Being a hydrophilic paint, it allows rain to wash away a certain amount of dirt. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationHere is an example of the installation of a "high-performance multi-purpose heat-insulating sheet" eligible for carbon offset in an elementary school science room. Since it allows light to pass through, there is no need to worry about it becoming completely dark after installation. Additionally, from the outside, during the day, the indoor situation becomes almost invisible. Even if you are hesitant to take measures due to reasons such as "it's a rental property, so we can't make any significant modifications that would cause damage," we can accommodate your needs. We use silicone-based adhesives and fasteners that can be removed with chemicals, without using nails or screws, so there is no concern about making holes. In this science room, the sheet is directly fixed to the window, allowing for the window to be opened and closed. 【Case Overview】 ■ Installation Location: Elementary School Science Room ■ Product Used: TK200 Beige Easy Installation Method ■ Installation Effect: Since it allows light to pass through, there is no need to worry about it becoming completely dark after installation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
