Founded on April 1, 1961, based on Hippara Industries, which was established in 1948 and served as the general representative of the American Yale & Towne Manufacturing Company in Japan, the company has since developed and grown its business while gaining the trust of various companies, including being the general agent for Yale in Japan, a sales agent for Furukawa Battery, the general agent for Stanley Works in Japan, and partnering with the Swiss company Fromm. Currently, as a specialized trading company engaged in import and export as well as domestic business, we handle a wide range of products, including bundling machines, cushioning material manufacturing equipment, industrial batteries, hand tools, hydraulic tools, industrial vehicle parts, and safety products.
