We would like to introduce our "E-Joint Method." Traditionally, the size of the retaining piles is determined based on the maximum cross-sectional force and displacement, but we have changed the size of the piles in response to the increasing cross-sectional force in the depth direction, allowing for a more economical design. Unlike conventional joints that narrow the beam height, by combining H-shaped steel of nearly equal middle and narrow widths, there is no shift in the center of gravity, and the accuracy of construction is not compromised. Additionally, we offer "C-type clamps and bullman" for simple fixing between intersections, as well as a simple structure "guardrail" that is entirely fixed with bolts. 【Features】 ■ Low cost and reduction of CO2 ■ Environmentally friendly joints that reduce the amount of steel material ■ Joint processing and material costs remain the same as before ■ Improved workability *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "RG Pile Driver" is a hydraulic variable high-frequency vibro pile driver manufactured by the German company Bauer, featuring a telescopic leader. The hydraulic variable high-frequency vibro MR100V, which is mounted on the main body leader, has a large driving force and allows for precise adjustments of centrifugal force from 0 kN to 50 kN, enabling construction tailored to the geological layers. Additionally, due to its hydraulic variable vibro design, it can avoid harmful resonance that occurs during the start and stop of vibrations, allowing for an immediate transition to the high-frequency range. 【Features】 ■ The telescopic leader allows for high precision control through automatic vertical adjustment. ■ High construction efficiency makes it very advantageous in terms of process and cost, provided that the construction conditions are met. ■ By exchanging the driving attachments, it is also possible to use conventional drilling and injection methods. ■ By shortening and tilting the leader, it is possible to lower the center of gravity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThis is an introduction to our "RG Pile Driver with Hydraulic Vibrator Combined Press-in Method." The RG pile driver features a telescopic leader manufactured by the German company Bauer and is a hydraulic variable ultra-high frequency vibratory pile driver. The hydraulic variable ultra-high frequency vibrator MR100V, which is mounted on the main machine leader, has a large driving force and allows for fine adjustments of centrifugal force from 0 kN to 50 kN, enabling construction tailored to the geological layers. 【Features】 ■ Construction tailored to geological layers ■ Avoids harmful resonance and can instantly transition to the high-frequency range ■ No need for cement milk injection during drilling, resulting in no residual soil ■ High precision management is possible due to automatic vertical control ■ High construction efficiency makes it very advantageous in terms of process and cost, provided the construction conditions are met *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThe "Underground Obstacle Removal Work" involves the removal of existing underground structures and retaining piles. Our company utilizes foundation machinery such as "BG excavators," "full rotation excavators," and "rock augers" to enable construction that meets various site conditions as much as possible. By incorporating the accumulated know-how from various retaining wall construction projects, we actively develop planning, design, construction, and material provision for the construction of retaining walls and support structures. Additionally, we employ the "SMW Method," which involves drilling, injecting, and mixing in-situ soil with cement and bentonite slurry, and inserting H-shaped steel as a stress material to create a continuous columnar wall. 【Features of Underground Obstacle Removal Work】 ■ Construction that meets site conditions as much as possible ■ Incorporation of accumulated know-how from various retaining wall projects ■ Active development of planning, design, construction, and material provision for the construction of retaining walls and support structures *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThis is an introduction to the "Seismic Isolation and Reinforcement Method" conducted by Marufuji Sheet Pile Co., Ltd. "Seismic Isolation Method" refers to the separation of structures from the ground using seismic isolation devices, which insulates the structure from direct seismic waves and absorbs the shock of an earthquake. In addition to preventing the collapse of buildings, it also protects human lives and valuable properties from earthquake disasters. Our company also offers "Steel Brace Seismic Reinforcement Method" and "Steel Plate Wrapping Seismic Reinforcement Method." 【Features of Seismic Isolation Method】 ■ Supports a safe, secure, and comfortable lifestyle ■ Separates structures from the ground using seismic isolation devices ■ Insulates the structure from direct seismic waves and absorbs earthquake shocks ■ Protects human lives and valuable properties from earthquake disasters ■ Seismic isolation devices are broadly classified into isolators and dampers *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationThis is the industry's lightest truss-type temporary bridge. The combination of parts can be freely adjusted according to the application. There are few joint points in the main structural panels, allowing for rapid construction. By using it in conjunction with the Landcross [plate girder type], optimal bridge planning is possible. It employs rigid rubber bearings that are effective in earthquakes. It comes standard with handrails for pedestrians.

Free membership registrationBy using it in conjunction with the Landcross [Truss Type], optimal bridge planning is possible. For the first time, distribution cross beams and composite rubber shoes have been adopted for leased bridges. The ends of the main girders are tapered to facilitate the approach to the roadway. A dedicated scaffolding for construction has been systematized with the main body.
