Our company will be speaking at the online seminar "Manufacturing Industry DX Case Seminar," hosted by the Hamamatsu Regional Small and Medium Manufacturing Enterprises IoT Promotion Council, on March 15 (Friday). This seminar aims to promote business reform and advancement in the manufacturing industry and is recommended for business owners, factory managers, and personnel from manufacturing, production technology, and systems departments. In our presentation titled "Recommended Improvement Activity Support Tool: Introduction of 'KadouLyzer'," we will introduce our development, the manufacturing process and operational status visualization solution "KadouLyzer," and the initiatives surrounding it. KadouLyzer has been implemented in multiple manufacturing companies and has been featured in various media, including TV Tokyo's "WBS (World Business Satellite)" aired on October 17, 2022, NHK's "Jiron Koron" aired on December 7, 2022, and TV Tokyo's "Weekly Business New Book - Business Tips You Can Use from Tomorrow" aired on June 3, 2023. Our company will participate for the first time in the "Saitama Business Arena 2024," held at Saitama Super Arena on January 24 (Wednesday) and January 25 (Thursday), where we will showcase solutions to support the acceleration of smart factories and factory DX for medium and small manufacturing industries. This exhibition is a business matching event aimed at expanding orders and developing sales channels. Various companies and organizations from diverse fields such as circular economy/GX, DX/AI, processing technology/parts, products/equipment/robots, and business support will exhibit, along with sections dedicated to the sports industry, advanced industries, and industry-academia collaboration. Our strengths lie in solutions utilizing DX, IoT, and AI for the automation, efficiency, and visualization of processes in plastic, rubber, and food manufacturing. We are particularly attentive to the needs of small and medium-sized manufacturing industries that want to "start small" or "begin with something simple and easy to see the effects." Our company will be exhibiting at the 16th Comprehensive Introduction Seminar of the Tokai Branch of the Japan Rubber Association, which will be held on February 6 (Tuesday) at the Nagoya International Conference Hall. This exhibition is a seminar that will feature presentations and displays related to raw materials, processing equipment, testing instruments, and systems related to rubber and elastomers. At our exhibition booth, we will showcase a demonstration of the "Kado-Riser," a solution for visualizing manufacturing processes and operational status, inspired by rubber parts manufacturing. Our company will be exhibiting at "Technical Show Yokohama 2024," which will be held at Pacifico Yokohama from February 7 (Wednesday) to February 9 (Friday). This exhibition is one of the largest comprehensive trade shows in the metropolitan area, themed "A New Era Connected by Technology," focusing on industrial technology and products. At the booth of Efficient Co., Ltd., we will showcase our smart factory solutions, including our solution "Kado-Riser." Kado-Riser is a tool for analyzing equipment operation using daily report data. It allows for low-cost improvements in the field through data utilization, resulting in increased production line operating rates and reduced defects.
