We would like to introduce our "KK Grout Injection Method." In post-tensioned PC structures, when there is a cavity within the sheath through which PC steel materials are inserted, a powdered KK rust inhibitor is pressed into the cavity inside the sheath. Next, grout (KK grout if necessary) is injected into the cavity. "I Fix" is a construction method developed for the intermediate anchoring of PC steel wire with a diameter of 12φ5mm. By using wedges to anchor the horizontally prestressed PC steel material, the anchoring is completed before cutting the steel material, maintaining the prestress. Additionally, the anchoring device is compact and easy to work with, making construction management simple. "High-Quality FA Concrete" is a concrete for PC components that ensures stable quality and maintains the required air content by using modified fly ash (CfFA). In comparison to conventional early-strength concrete for precast PC components, we replaced 12% to 20% of the cement weight with sand containing CfFA and conducted tests.
