A health-promoting corporation is a company that is actively engaged in the health promotion of its employees. In the certification, it is required to have a management philosophy that prioritizes "valuing health," a dedicated person or system for health promotion, implementation of initiatives such as encouraging regular health check-ups and follow-up examinations, mental health measures, continuous evaluation and improvement of efforts, and compliance with labor-related laws and regulations.
