Refleet Method "DS-HG Specification"

We would like to introduce the "DS-HG specification" of the Refleet method. It consists of "DS-400," which is primarily composed of lithium nitrite, and "DS Rust Prevention Paste," which contains lithium nitrite-based rust prevention materials. How to make various types of repair mortar

We will create repair polymer cement by combining specially formulated pre-mixed mortar powder and dedicated additives!

By combining a specially formulated pre-mixed mortar powder with a dedicated admixture (polymer dispersion), we create repair polymer cement products that have physical properties such as strength, thermal expansion coefficient, and elastic modulus similar to concrete, while also excelling in durability, waterproofing, and long-term adhesion. The standard mixing time is set at 2 minutes after adding the pre-mixed powder. Please use a high-speed hand mixer (900-1300 RPM) for mixing. 【Mixing Method】 1. Measure the required amount of the dedicated admixture. 2. First, add about 80% of the measured dedicated admixture into the mixing container. 3. Gradually add the pre-mixed mortar powder while mixing. 4.
