Reinforcement repair methods for reinforced concrete structures deteriorated by concrete neutralization and salt damage!
The "Refleet Method" is a repair and reinforcement technique for reinforced concrete structures that have deteriorated due to carbonation and salt damage, using specially developed coating-type impregnation materials and polymer cement mortars. The construction and management of the work are carried out by certified construction managers from the Refleet Industrial Association. There are two basic specifications: "RF Specification," which is applied to the repair of reinforced concrete structures deteriorated by carbonation, and "DS Specification," which is applied to the repair of reinforced concrete structures where the rebar has corroded due to salt damage. 【Features (RF Specification)】 ■ A repair specification primarily targeting deterioration caused by carbonation of concrete ■ By applying the surface hardening alkaline agent "RF-100" to the deteriorated concrete surface, alkalinity is imparted and the surface is strengthened ■ By applying "RF Rust Prevention Paste" to the concrete surface, the intrusion of corrosion factors for rebar such as carbon dioxide, moisture, and oxygen is prevented ■ The surface strengthening effect of "RF-100" can also be applied to concrete that has deteriorated due to freeze-thaw cycles or fire damage *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Features (DS Specification)】 ■ Repair and reinforcement specification targeting deterioration of rebar corrosion due to neutralization and salt damage ■ After applying the RF specification "RF-100," the anti-corrosion material "DS-400" is applied, allowing its anti-corrosion components to penetrate and diffuse near the rebar for corrosion protection ■ The "RF anti-corrosion paste" used as a substrate adjustment material prevents the runoff of "DS-400" due to rainwater and other factors ■ Prevents the intrusion of corrosion factors such as salt, moisture, and oxygen, thereby ensuring ongoing corrosion protection for the rebar ■ Can also be applied as preventive maintenance for reinforced concrete structures that have salt present but have not experienced cracking or spalling of cover concrete due to rebar corrosion *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
The Reflite Industrial Association was established in 1981 with the aim of promoting the healthy development of the repair and renovation industry by popularizing methods such as the "Reflite Method," which was developed for the repair, renovation, and preventive maintenance of reinforced concrete structures that are deteriorating or at risk of deterioration due to issues like concrete neutralization and salt damage, thereby contributing to the construction industry and society as a whole.
