Maintenance management can be done at a low cost. - Additional implementation is possible at a low cost even at sites where design has already been completed. - Can be utilized for determining the timing of detailed investigations of reinforced soil walls and for planning repair strategies. - Registered technology in NETIS (QS-170031-A) and awarded the Excellence Award at the 3rd Infrastructure Maintenance Awards. 【Steel Corrosion Detection Sensor】Visualizing the Progress of Corrosion in Steel Components such as Reinforcements - Used in conjunction with the KD panel of Tail Arme to monitor the progress of corrosion in reinforcements and to determine the timing for sample collection. - A corrosion detection sensor for underground steel materials utilizing plastic optical fibers. - When the reduction in thickness due to corrosion reaches a predetermined depth, corrosion is detected by light blockage. - Utilizes natural light, eliminating the need for battery replacement or wiring. - Can be judged visually, and no specialized measuring instruments are required. Remote monitoring is possible through combinations with photography or remote cameras. - Can also be used for corrosion management of other underground steel structures such as steel pipe piles and steel sheet piles.

The "Tail Alme FS" is a construction method that allows for the safe visualization of abnormalities within embankments through fail-safe and fail-sensor functions, moving beyond the previous approach of determining abnormalities based solely on surface information. The "fail-safe function" ensures that if the function of the targeted component is lost, a separate component that is not active during normal conditions will take over, preventing any impact on the reinforced soil wall. The "NTR Form" requires only the quantity of materials divided by the foaming ratio, and it is a polyurethane-based injection material for backfilling and cavity filling that is easy to apply and lightweight.
