Mitsui Chemicals & Synthesis has developed as a manufacturer of environmental infrastructure materials, leveraging the materials and technologies of the Mitsui Chemicals Group, while aiming for harmony between the global environment and comfortable living conditions. In the field of civil engineering materials, products such as "Tensor," which brought a major transformation to embankment construction methods as Japan's first geogrid product, the ground stabilization geotextile "Polyfelt," and the high-strength permeable durable grout material "Grand Ace" have contributed to the development of Japan's civil engineering and road industries. In the field of building materials, we offer a variety of distinctive residential materials, including wood protection impregnation paint "Nonlot," balcony waterproofing material "Remaster," and insulation material "Hyplen Foam," while also providing many environmentally friendly high-quality products such as the high-performance flooring material "Syrical." In addition to these products, we inherited the pipe materials business from Mitsui Chemicals in April 2008 and began handling polyethylene pipes, fittings, and more. These products are used in gas pipeline networks, water supply and heating piping, and fire protection piping, and their corrosion resistance, seismic resistance, lightweight nature, and construction quality retention are highly regarded.
