Since 1957, we have repeatedly invested in equipment, aiming to create a factory that can accommodate all specifications of wood-based products. First, let me introduce our main equipment. 【Main Equipment】 Running panel saw (Kikukawa), gang saw (Kikukawa), four tenoners (Shodai), two NC routers (Shodai, Heian), NC router with ATC function (Heian), two boring machines (Yaei, Shodai), NC router for doors (Shodai), two molders (Weinig, Kuwahara), veneer slicer (Takegawa), vacuum press (Shizuoka Giken), curved laminator (Shizuoka Giken), electrostatic painting machine, wiping machine (Omega System), mirror finish painting 3x8 buff and edge buff, wooden sash processing machine, Unicontroller 6 (Weinig), etc. With the above equipment, in addition to the aforementioned production items, we are capable of 100% in-house production of edge banding, single boards for upper frames, three-dimensional curved wrapping using vacuum presses, and flat and curved wrapping (3-foot width) using laminators. Based on the concept of maximizing our added value even during economic downturns, we have continuously invested in machinery and equipment for many years to create a factory capable of producing a wide variety of products.
