Erosion Control Vegetation Mats are slope protection materials whose standard civil engineering unit prices were officially listed in the Temporary Supplement to Construction Price Index “Civil Engineering Cost Information” as “Erosion Control Vegetation Mat method (Curing Mat method)” starting April 2018. The erosion control vegetation mat is a product made primarily from polyester non-woven fabric (web) with a porosity rate of 97% to 98%. The web (high-porosity crimped polyester non-woven fabric) is manufactured in our own factory to our original specifications. This non-woven fabric, completed after much trial and error, is the core of the product structure. The Erosion Control Mats that consist of this web, can be simply laid on slopes created by construction work or disasters, and its unique fiber structure gently protects the soil from various obstacles such as rain, wind, freezing, and drying, while restoring the natural landscape. As proof of its technology, the multifunctional filter has obtained the "Construction Technology Certification" from the Civil Engineering Research Center.

This product is primarily designed for installation on slopes. For those who want to prevent erosion (slope protection) but do not want to grow plants, a product has been developed by Takino Filter Inc., a manufacturer of slope protection materials.
