Sanflora Industrial Co., Ltd. has been receiving technical guidance from the Hokkaido Industrial Research Institute and the Hokkaido Forestry Products Research Institute since 1988. Utilizing unique technology, we have successfully crushed and molded materials such as waste tires and construction waste into products like SRF floor heating panels, soundproof panels, snow melting panels, color panels, L-shaped stair panels, and spacer panels. This achievement has garnered high praise in various fields within the industry, leading to widespread use of our products. Our resource recycling and excellent product development have been recognized, earning us numerous prestigious awards ranging from local to national honors. In 2013, we constructed a logistics facility (a combined workspace and logistics warehouse) on our premises, incorporating geothermal heat pumps for heating and air heat pumps for the break room, both utilized for floor heating, thereby reducing carbon dioxide emissions. Additionally, we have introduced a solar power generation and storage system, which has attracted attention as an environmentally friendly advanced facility. It has also become a venue for environmental education for local elementary and middle school students, with visitors from municipalities within the prefecture, providing opportunities to engage with our manufacturing processes and recycled products.
