Orwell's LED lighting development policy is "safety," "security," and all directions are for customers.
Since its establishment in 1943, Orwell Corporation has been engaged in various color-related businesses as Japan's largest paint retailer. While practicing our corporate philosophy of "customer orientation," we expanded into the processing and sales of equipment and chemical products, and before we knew it, we had also been selling lighting fibers in the lighting field for over a decade. To further develop the experience and achievements we have cultivated, we have decided to engage in the planning, manufacturing, and sales of lighting centered around environmentally friendly products such as LEDs. "Safety" and "security" are trust. Our company, which has grown together with our customers for nearly 70 years, treasures this relationship. Both "in the past" and "now," as well as "in the future," we aim to contribute through practical and user-friendly product development from the customer's perspective.
Business Activities
Since its founding in 1943, we have consistently achieved top sales in industrial paints. Through the sale of production materials centered around paints, we have expanded our business into various fields of industry and daily life, developing our operations in a multifaceted manner. Currently, we have six core businesses: the paint sector, painting equipment and machinery sector, construction sector, chemical products and materials sector, trade sector, and electrical and electronic (LED lighting, electronics, optical) sector. Moving forward, we will continue to support new advancements in society across various industrial fields and pursue the possibilities of optimal alignment. ● Planning, development, and sales of LED products and next-generation lighting ● Sales and import/export of paints, solvents, metal surface treatment agents, protective films, adhesives, inks, construction materials, packaging materials, electrical and electronic components, painting machinery and equipment, measuring instruments, interior goods, etc. ● Contracting and design/management of machinery installation work, painting work, waterproofing work, and interior finishing work.
