The "fire brace hardware" is a reinforcement hardware that can form horizontal structural planes as an alternative to fire braces. The floor amplification (allowable shear strength) of the horizontal structural plane is evaluated based on the size of the compartment. "TPB" is a high-strength pipe-type independent column base hardware used for joints of column bases that require high pull-out resistance. In conventional products like PBH, the joint with the column material had a cross-slit shape, which required the column material to be processed in a cross shape as well. However, since TPB has a pipe shape, only mortise hole processing is needed on the column material side.
