Development of a cost estimation system.
Our company celebrated its 45th anniversary in October 2008 and is a quantity surveying office with a long track record of achievements. Basically, we do not accept contracts solely for quantity calculations for general contractors. This is because we want to operate across a wide range of construction production. We conduct our operations using a quantity surveying system developed in-house, and we also sell that system.

● Cost estimation at all stages, from the planning phase of the building to the basic plan, basic design, and detailed design ● Development of computer systems for architectural estimation and cost-related tasks ● User training and maintenance of the sales system ● Contract development of various optional programs ● Research and development of integration with construction network systems and CAD systems ● Other general tasks related to architectural cost management
