● Japan Architectural Disaster Prevention Association Housing Disaster Prevention Technology Evaluation Acquired DPA-Housing Technology-62 ● Seismic reinforcement of walls is possible while leaving the floor and ceiling as they are (if the ceiling space is 310 mm or less). ● Uses commercially available structural plywood (JAS standard 12mm thick Class 2 Type 1 or Special Type). ● Easy to install, requiring no special techniques or dedicated tools. ● Reduction of ancillary work leads to shortened construction periods and reduced construction costs. ● Strength equivalent to that of a brace + structural plywood shear wall specification is achieved.

Free membership registration● This is an external type hold-down hardware that can be installed directly from the outside without damaging the building's exterior walls. ● Considering strength and aesthetics, it uses all stainless steel (SUS304, 303) that excels in weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and durability. It has been developed for traditional construction methods to respond to seismic forces with ductility. ● It suppresses the adverse effects (such as shear) that occur when a strong connection is made to existing columns, and only one specially processed wooden anchor is driven into the column base to ensure sufficient pull-out resistance. Pull-out resistance (41.16 kN) * Building Material Testing Center ● This hold-down hardware was developed privately and is the only one to have obtained a patent.

Free membership registration● Seismic reinforcement hardware that can be installed directly from the outside without damaging the building's exterior walls, an external type of brace hardware. ● The material used is stainless steel (SUS304, 303). The concrete foundation and beam (girder) are connected with a 13mm thick stainless steel shaft. ● Since it acts on tensile force but not on compressive force, a cross-bracing installation is standard. ● Available in half-space (3 shaku) and one-space (6 shaku) sizes. The 6 shaku size is cut for a 4 shaku 5 sun opening.
