"Everguard SG" is a method for preventing the detachment of exterior wall tiles that has passed all performance tests required by the Urban Renaissance Agency's exterior wall composite repair method. Using special dedicated anchors, the tiles, adhesive mortar layer, and substrate mortar layer are fixed to the structure. The tile surface is coated with a highly transparent special one-component urethane resin that has high film strength and excellent durability, thereby maintaining aesthetic appeal and preventing detachment. The "Non-Network Guard U Method" is a new concept for exterior wall composite repair that integrates a peeling prevention layer and a finishing layer, aimed at shortening construction time and reducing labor. By fixing the exterior wall finishing layer to the structure with a special dedicated anchor, and coating the wall surface with a one-component special polyurethane resin that has high film strength and excellent durability, it prevents the peeling of the finishing layer without using a net.
