The "LiftaS," a renewal method for existing side ditches and drainage pits developed, manufactured, and sold by Tohokizai Co., Ltd., has been selected as a "Recommended Technology" by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as of April 27, 2023. "Recommended Technology" refers to groundbreaking new technologies selected from those registered in the NETIS (New Technology Information System) operated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, after undergoing evaluation by external experts, in order to further enhance the technical standards related to public works. This year saw the highest number of selections in history, and "LiftaS" was recognized for its usefulness and selected as a recommended technology.
