The Kiso inspection opening is the optimal item to be installed in the lower part of bathrooms in long-term excellent housing and next-generation energy-efficient homes. The inspection opening itself has insulation performance, and since the opening and closing lid is equipped with airtight material, its insulation and airtightness remain unchanged no matter how many times it is opened and closed. Even with repeated inspections of the bathroom section, the performance does not deteriorate. Installation is also easy; it can simply be set in the formwork in advance during the concrete pouring for the rise. *There is also a "plumbing-compatible type" that allows for holes to be drilled for plumbing.

The "Kiso Water Stop Plate" is a foundation construction component that blocks the entry points of water and termites by embedding a steel plate at the concrete joint of a flat foundation. It features a simple installation process where a rolled steel plate is attached to rebar using clips. The soft part of the clips suppresses the sliding of the plate, achieving high workability. We offer three sizes: 15m, 20m, and 25m. Since it is a long roll, it reduces the number of joints, demonstrating even greater water-stopping capability.

The rigid resin part insulates the foundation from the base, preventing moisture from the foundation from rising to the base. Additionally, the rigid part serves as a buffer for the airtight material, preventing its deterioration.

The Joto Kiso Packing Method involves laying Kiso packing at regular intervals between the foundation and the base, utilizing these intervals as ventilation openings. This method achieves full perimeter ventilation under the floor, increasing ventilation performance to 1.5 to 2 times that of conventional methods. It efficiently expels moisture from every corner, contributing to the creation of an ideal dry underfloor environment. Additionally, by sandwiching the Kiso packing between the base and the foundation, it prevents the base from absorbing moisture from the concrete, maintaining the dryness of the base and making it less susceptible to decay fungi and termites. The material of the Kiso packing is a unique composite (Joto composite material) developed by Joto Tech, combining the flexibility of resin with the strength of stone, making it resistant to aging and exhibiting excellent durability. We offer a wide range of options to accommodate various construction methods, including traditional methods and 2x4 construction.

Kiso Packing Long has ventilation holes built into it, allowing for complete underfloor ventilation simply by laying it around the entire foundation without gaps, contributing to the creation of an ideal dry underfloor environment. The specially designed ventilation holes developed by Joto also serve as rodent-proofing material, eliminating the need for additional rodent-proofing installation. The main body can be easily cut, making length adjustments simple. Additionally, by inserting Kiso Packing Long between the foundation and the base, it prevents the concrete moisture from being absorbed by the base, maintaining the dryness of the base and making it less attractive to decay fungi and termites.

The insulation airtight packing is a product that adds insulation material to the long airtight packing. It prevents insulation gaps at the junction with the internal insulation material of the foundation. Additionally, its airtight performance is equivalent to that of the long airtight packing, making it suitable for next-generation energy-saving applications. It reinforces the heat bridge areas affected by outside air, preventing condensation and maintaining durability.
